What is your biggest challenge right now?
Our biggest challenge is recruiting and retaining talent in a highly competitive market, especially during the first year of employment.
What problems are you trying to solve by using Sparkbay?
We want to get a true understanding of the members of our collective. Rather than relying on instinct to get an overall sense of the group, we wanted real data so we could work on the action plans with the greatest impact.
How does Sparkbay help make your job easier?
Sparkbay allows us to focus our efforts on the specific factors that have an impact on employee engagement.
If you didn't have a tool like Sparkbay, what would you do?
We would have to meet with employees individually every month. It would be difficult to collect all the information.
How would you describe Sparkbay to a friend?
It is a tool that provides an accurate, real-time view of team member engagement, helps us focus our efforts on the factors with the greatest impact, identify what is working well, and preserve good practices.
The heatmap is very visual. At a glance, it provides an overview of all teams. The dashboards are very intuitive, and you do not need to be an HR specialist or an expert in human psychology to understand the results.
What benefits have you gained from using Sparkbay?
Developing a sense of recognition. Building employee trust because they see that it is an external tool. Allowing everyone to participate in developing action plans. We want to remain consistent with our employer promise by putting people at the forefront.
