Frequently asked questions

What is eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score)?

eNPS measures how likely employees are to recommend your organization as a place to work, on a 0-10 scale. It is calculated as the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors.

How is eNPS calculated?

Subtract the percentage of detractors (scores 0-6) from the percentage of promoters (scores 9-10). The result ranges from -100 to 100.

How often should we measure eNPS?

Measuring eNPS continuously or quarterly gives a trend you can act on, rather than a single annual snapshot.

Is Sparkbay compliant with employee data privacy laws?
