Yes. Sparkbay supports single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, set up for your organization.
Can a manager find out who said what?
No. Results are shown for groups, and a group below your anonymity minimum, 5 respondents by default or the number your organization sets, shows neither scores nor comments. Where comments do appear, they carry no names, and you decide whether team managers can read them.
Can staff in different countries answer in their language?
Yes, in 13 languages: English, French (Canada and France), Spanish, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), Italian, German, Dutch, Hindi, Thai, Chinese and Japanese. AI comment summaries, which appear only for groups with enough commenters, are translated into your organization's languages.
Which HR systems does Sparkbay work with?
Sparkbay connects to the HR systems on our integrations page, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce and Personio, through a unified connector, and to BambooHR directly. Your data syncs daily, or you can import a CSV file. Offices, countries, departments and managers become groups in your results.
